Decorative Lighting for Bedrooms, Game Rooms, and Home Theaters
Two simple ways to change how a room feels after dark: the CosmoCast Galaxy Projector paints the ceiling with aurora waves and stars, and the NexaFrame LED Poster Frame makes your favorite poster or print glow on the wall. Both are dimmable by remote and set up in minutes.
What Is Decorative Lighting?
Decorative lighting is light you add for mood and style rather than for reading or working. Where an overhead fixture lights the whole room evenly, decorative pieces create a focal point: a starry ceiling, a glowing movie poster, or a soft colored wash that makes a space feel finished.
Ambient Mood Lighting
Soft, low light that sets a calm or cinematic mood. The CosmoCast galaxy projector covers the ceiling with it.
Accent Lighting for Art
Light focused on one piece so it stands out. The NexaFrame LED poster frame lights art from behind.
Dimmable Control
Both products include a remote with brightness control, so one setup works for movie night, bedtime, or a party.

CosmoCast Galaxy Projector

Ways to Light a Room for Mood
Good room lighting usually layers a few kinds of light. Here is where our products fit, and where other options do.
Projected Light
Moving patterns on the ceiling and walls. Best for bedrooms and game rooms. See the CosmoCast.
Backlit Displays
Posters, art, and menus lit from behind. Best for theaters and restaurants. See the NexaFrame.
Ceiling Light Covers
For rooms with drop ceiling fixtures, our decorative light covers turn harsh overhead lights into a sky view.
Build a Home Theater Lighting Setup
A great home theater feels like a cinema before the movie starts. Lit one-sheet posters on the walls do most of that work, and a dimmable frame lets you keep the glow subtle once the film begins.
The NexaFrame fits standard 27" x 40" movie posters. Add a custom backlit film print for brighter color than a paper poster.
- LED backlit movie poster frames
- Dimmable from your seat with a remote
- Snap frames for quick poster changes
- Custom prints of your own art or photos

Mood Lighting for Bedrooms and Living Rooms
Turning off the overhead light is the fastest way to make a room feel calmer. A galaxy projector replaces it with a slow aurora and soft stars, which works as a night light for kids and a wind-down light for adults.
Pair the CosmoCast with a quiet playlist over its Bluetooth speaker, and keep the brightness low with the remote.
- Soft ambient light instead of a bright overhead
- Night light for kids rooms
- Relaxing backdrop for reading or meditation
- No installation, move it room to room

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our decorative lighting products.
What is the difference between ambient and decorative lighting?
Ambient lighting is the general light that fills a room. Decorative lighting is added for mood and style, such as a galaxy projector on the ceiling or a backlit poster on the wall.
What is the best mood lighting for a bedroom?
Low, soft light works best. A galaxy projector fills the ceiling with a slow aurora and stars and can be dimmed with a remote.
How do I light a home theater?
Keep the main lights off or dim during the movie and use accent lighting for atmosphere. Backlit LED movie poster frames are a popular way to add a cinema feel.
Does the CosmoCast galaxy projector have a speaker?
Yes. It has a built-in Bluetooth speaker so you can play music or white noise from your phone.
What sizes do NexaFrame LED poster frames come in?
16" x 24", 18" x 24", 24" x 36", and 27" x 40", the standard movie poster size.
Can I get a custom print for an LED poster frame?
Yes. Upload your design to the custom backlit film poster page. Prints start at $17.99 and come in every frame size plus A4 to A0.
Are these lights dimmable?
Yes. Both the CosmoCast projector and the NexaFrame frame include a remote with brightness control.
Do you sell lighting for offices and classrooms?
For rooms with drop ceiling lights, our light covers soften harsh fluorescent and LED glare with sky, nature, and solid color designs.
