Return for Refund - Simply fill in your order # and zip code below to request a prepaid return label. Then mail the light covers back to us in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition and free of any damages or defects. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been cut, trimmed, scratched, scuffed or altered in any way. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returns of 10 or more light covers. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving them.
Exchange - Octo Lights offers a 1 time exchange for a different style or design within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply give us a call at 678-383-9145 or email us at email@example.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange. Initial purchase must be returned in original packaging and be in new condition (free of any damage, defects or altered in any way).
Custom Orders - Due to the nature of custom designs and sizes, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
Solid Colors - Due to the nature of custom color light covers, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on those orders.
International Orders - We cannot accept or issue refunds/exchanges on international orders.
