    Returns

    • Eligibility
        • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
        • To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out a form with your order number or calling us at 678-383-9145.
    • Condition
        • All items must be returned in new condition and free of any damages or defects.
        • Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been cut, trimmed, scratched, scuffed, or altered in any way
    • Restocking Fee
        • A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of 10 or more light covers
    • Refund Processing
        • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned items.
    • Custom Orders
        • Due to the nature of custom designs, colors and sizes, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
