Octo Prints Teachers Give Back 2026 — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., at least 18 years old at entry, currently employed as a teacher or school employee at a U.S. school (self-certified). Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit decorativelightcovers.com/teacher-giveaway-2026 and complete the free entry form and required certifications. Limit one entry per person; duplicate entries are consolidated and count as a single entry. Automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries are void.
5. Drawings, Odds, and Prizes
Daily Prize (31 total): Each day July 1 to 31, 2026, one winner is drawn at random nightly (about 8:00 PM ET, notified the following day) from all eligible entries received to that point, all with equal odds. Each daily winner receives up to $100.00 USD purchased by Sponsor from the winner's own public Amazon wishlist. ARV each: $100.00. Total daily ARV: $3,100.00.
Grand Prize (1 total): On August 1, 2026, one grand prize winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner receives up to $1,000.00 USD purchased by Sponsor from the winner's own public Amazon wishlist. ARV: $1,000.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,100.00. No entrant may win more than one daily prize; duplicate daily draws are redrawn. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received before each drawing.
6. Winner Notification and Claim
Winners are notified by email and/or SMS and may be contacted via the social account used to enter. To claim, the winner must reply with a valid, public Amazon wishlist link within 48 hours of notification. Non-response, ineligibility, or declination results in forfeiture and an alternate draw, time permitting. Prizes are fulfilled by Sponsor purchasing wishlist items up to the stated value and shipping to the winner. Because Amazon wishlist items have fixed prices, Sponsor will purchase items totaling as close to the stated value as reasonably possible without exceeding it; the final amount may be slightly less than $100 (or $1,000 for the grand prize). No cash alternative or substitution except a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor's discretion. Remaining prize value is not redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; a Form 1099 may be issued where required.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize permits Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, statements, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's final, binding decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or technical failures.
9. Release of Liability
Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and participating creators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
10. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Amazon, or any social media platform. Amazon is not a sponsor.
11. Privacy
Entrant information is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and is used to administer the promotion and, where opted in, for marketing. Entrants may unsubscribe anytime.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved in the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
13. Winners List
For the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address (Attn: Teachers Give Back Winners List) by September 30, 2026, or email hello@octolights.com.
