Returns
- Eligibility: 30 Day Return Policy: Panels must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. No returns for panels that are cut, scratched, or altered. Custom size and custom design orders are not eligible for refund.
- Return Process: Email us at info@octolights.com or call us at 678-383-9145 to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us immediately at info@octolights.com or 678-383-9145. We may ask for photo evidence of the defect or damage. We will replace damaged or defective products at no additional cost.
